At the very least I expect we will have new screenshots of different places in the game – perhaps revealing a new world. This is due to the significance of these collections, allowing players of the series to go into Kingdom Hearts III with as best an understanding as possible, and confirmation that Kingdom Hearts III releasing on both PS4 and Xbox One.įinally, I have no doubt that we will see or hear something new for Kingdom Hearts III. What I feel we may see come from the event, is an announcement of the release of both the Kingdom Hearts I.5 + II.5 collection and Kingdom Hearts 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue on to Xbox One. Or, perhaps more information on officially licensed items, such as Keyblades. We could see more Play Arts Kai figures – as we have already been shown a ‘Second Form’ Sora. Regarding advertisement, there may be some for Kingdom Hearts memorabilia and other kinds of merchandise. Maybe locations that the tour will reach? Next, I believe we could receive some advertisement for a 2018 Kingdom Hearts Orchestra Tour. Perhaps we could see some D23 tie-in customisation options, like a special outfit of some kind to commemorate the event. Perhaps a tease of content that is to be released for it most likely a hint of how the story content of the app will progress.
I think that it would go without saying that there will at least be some form of promotion for the Kingdom Hearts: Union X (Cross) mobile game. I have a few thoughts and predictions of what we could expect to see. With the event lasting an hour and 20 minutes, it is safe to say that there will be something of substance to fill this time. We are only one day away from the Kingdom Hearts fan event at Japan’s D23 Expo.
